Family and Children’s Services of Central Maryland has been providing employee assistance services to a wide range of businesses and agencies since 1983. In this era of consolidation and growth in the employee assistance industry, we believe that bigger is not always better. Our employee assistance program (EAP) is located in Central Maryland. Because we’re nearby, we’re able to develop long-term relationships with our client companies. And because we’re a relatively small organization in a field of giants, we can provide faster response times and more customized flexible services.

Our EAP can be custom designed to uniquely fit your organization’s needs. We offer the traditional core EAP services of employee assessment, counseling and referral, 24 hour coverage, crisis intervention, promotional assistance and supervisory consultation and training. But we also have available add on services such as critical incident debriefing (CISD), Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) assessment and referral, workshops and interventions for workplace grief.
