24-Hour Coverage
The EAP recognizes that it is important to make services convenient and accessible to employees and supervisors. EAP staff can be reached by phone 24 hours a day, seven days a week. There are no off hours. Employees, family members and supervisors may contact the EAP office by phone weekdays between 8:30am and 5:00 pm to request an appointment, ask questions or get a consultation. After normal business hours, weekends and holidays, the EAP can be contacted through its live, operator-based answering service. All messages are passed on to the on-call EAP social worker by pager, who will call and offer immediate advice.
