Dating back to 1849, Family and Children’s Services of Central Maryland (FCS) is a private, non-profit, non-sectarian agency that provides services to support individuals and families throughout their life span. Our programs address issues including relationship disruption, family violence, sexual abuse, parent/child issues, workplace wellness and elder care. FCS has 21 programs in fifteen locations in Baltimore City, Baltimore County, Carroll County, Harford County, Anne Arundel County and Howard County.

Family and Children’s Services is accredited by the Council of Accreditation of Services for Families and Children, a national standard-setting organization for agencies providing services to families and children.
