About FCS Employee Assistance Program

Family and Children’s Services Employee Assistance Program has been providing employee assistance services since 1983. Throughout our history the EAP has been a primary provider of EAP services to a variety of governmental, corporate and non-profit organizations.

Our Main office is located on Falls Road in Northern Baltimore City on Falls Road. We have additional offices located in Baltimore County, Anne Arundel County, Carroll County, Harford County and Howard County.

Our professionally trained counselors have masters degrees and are licensed. Each counselor has broad training and experience working with persons with individual, family and chemical dependency problems.

In addition to the traditional core EAP services we also offer Critical Incident Debriefing, SAP, Grief in the Workplace, and custom designed workshops presented by our Speaker’s Bureau.
