Cost
The EAP is provided as a service by your employer to help you get started in counseling when you have a personal, mental health or substance abuse problem. You and your eligible family members have available up to the number of sessions your employer has contracted for, (which is generally three), per household, per calendar year, at no cost to you.
Any subsequent services or outside referrals will be provided according to your medical insurance benefits or will otherwise be your responsibility. In some cases, a sliding fee scale may be available. |
