Crisis Intervention
Occasionally a situation will arise that needs immediate attention. This may be due to an employee who has an urgent personal problem or a traumatic event at the workplace, such as the death of an employee. The EAP staff is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Evenings, weekends and holidays the EAP staff may be reached through our telephone answering service. On call coverage for the EAP is provided by a clinical social worker who has training and experience in crisis intervention, counseling and employee assistance. If needed, the EAP staff are available to provide crisis intervention on-site.
