Most of us spend more time at the workplace than anywhere else, so the death of a co-worker or a co-worker’s bereavement when their loved one dies, affects the workplace in many ways. Most businesses or organizations cannot afford to halt production or services, but at the same time, want to support their staff during this difficult period.
